The day kicked off with a warm welcome from our Director, Mark, who took a moment to reflect on Signal Solutions’ journey. He talked about how Signal Solutions started, the hurdles we’ve overcome, and the big milestones we’ve hit. Mark talked about our dedication to advancing mobile signal boosting technology and gave everyone a glimpse into our exciting plans for the future. He emphasised how crucial our partners are in making these Partner Programme plans a reality. We were delighted to be joined by Colin Abrey, VP Strategic Accounts at Nextivity.  Nextivity is a leading manufacturer of mobile signal boosters and one of our key suppliers.

Colin shared insights into the CEL-FI QUATRA system, contrasting it with traditional Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Colin outlined the challenges of DAS types – passive, hybrid, and active – emphasising the clear advantages of Nextivity’s active DAS hybrid approach, along with real estate space and cost savings in communication rooms. Colin spotlighted Nextivity IntelliBoost® technology, distinguishing CEL-FI products for their high performance, swift deployment, and cost-effectiveness in resolving coverage issues, while meeting the needs of partners seeking highly dependable, Ofcom compliant solutions. He also introduced Nextivity tools like WAVE Portal and COMPASS XR, streamlining installation and enabling remote management to minimise site visits and ensure seamless operations. His presentation gave a clear picture of how Nextivity is shaping the future of connectivity solutions.

Adam Butler, Head of Sales at Signal Solutions, shared key insights during his presentation, focusing on how to better understand and serve the needs of customers in both public and private sectors. He provided valuable advice on addressing challenges and seizing market opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. His guidance aimed to empower partners to deliver superior solutions that meet customer expectations effectively.

Sam Jackman, representing Shared Access, emphasised their commitment to providing clients with flexible finance options, including opex solutions through a managed service model. This customer-centric approach helps to overcome potential financial barriers, ensuring that clients can access and benefit from the best connectivity solutions available.
